Beyonce is still pregnant!

Twitter was a buzz this last weekend with reports that Beyonce and Jay-Z had finally become parents! Rumors that they had given birth to a baby girl named Tiana Mae Carter were swirling all around the internet.

Ever since Beyonce debuted her famous belly bump in September at the MTV Video Music Awards, this baby has become a very anticipated celebrity birth. Beyonce and Jay-Z have kept relatively quiet about the baby, which has come on the heels of a 1 year hiatus for the songstress.  When talking about her break, Beyonce has said, ""It was a bit overwhelming, I was a bit numb and kind of lost."

"I never even realized I needed a year off. I never realized I don't know how to take a year off," she added. "I've been managed by my father for a long time, and it's been a real change being separated from him. It was scary, but it empowered me."

Despite telling news outlets that she is due in February 2012, people have been assuming she was due sooner. On New Year's Eve, the Pop power couple were able to squash the rumors when they were spotted at the Brooklyn restaurant, Buttermilk Channel.  The two dined at a cozy table in the back and kept to themselves.

In an interview in a recent interview to Australia's Sunday Night, Beyonce confirmed that she is not even due until February. The super star also said, "[Being pregnant] already has changed my life. My husband and I have been together for 10 years, all of my twenties," she said. "I just feel like it's time and I'm very grateful that God has blessed me with the biggest gift any human can have."

So what started the hullaballo that Beyonce and Jay-Z had become parents New Year's Eve weekend? Media Takeout reported that she had checked into a Manhattan hospital, citing two nurses that said a "celebrity VIP" had reserved the luxury labor and delivery suite.

Looks like we will have to wait a little longer to meet this beautiful new baby!  Until then, my advice to everyone is to be patient. Babies don't know how to read a calendar and when Beyonce and Jay-Z's baby does arrive, they will let us know for sure!
