The second week of April is as busy as the first where celebrity pregnancy and baby news is concerned.

Television star Tori Spelling shared her good news via Twitter. "I know there's been a lot of speculation, so I wanted everyone to hear from me... It's official... Dean [McDermott] & I are PREGNANT!!!" Tori and Dean are already parents to daughter Stella, 2, and son Liam, 4. Dean is also dad to 12-year-old Jack from a previous marriage.

The week's most shocking pregnancy announcement: Kimberly Stewart (Rod Stewart's daughter, that is) and Benecio Del Toro are having a baby together! Benicio's rep tells Life & Style, "Kimberly is pregnant. Benicio is the father and is very supportive. Although they are not a couple, they are looking forward to the arrival of the baby."

Sister Wives' Kody Brown is about to be a father for the 14th time! His fourth wife Robyn is pregnant. Kody already has 13 children with his three other wives, Meri, Janelle and Christine.

Former American Idol heartthrob Jason Castro is expecting his first child. The singer's wife, Mandy Mayhall, is pregnant with a girl.

Also expecting their first child are Your Highness star Danny McBride and his wife Gia Ruiz. The couple married last October and are having a girl.

30 Rock star Tina Fey and hubby Jeff Richmond are awaiting the arrival of their second child. The new baby will join big sister Alice, age 5.

FOX News Channel host Megyn Kelly and her husband Doug Brunt welcomed their second child. Daughter Yardley Evans joins 19-month-old brother Edward Yates.

Also welcoming their second child was designer Stacey Bendet and husband Eric Eisner. Scarlet Haven joins Eloise Breckenridge, 2.

NFL star Peyton Manning is the father of twins! Wife Ashley delivered baby girl Mosley Thompson and baby boy Marshall Williams on March 31. Brother Eli Manning became a first time dad just weeks before!

Lovely Mariska Hargitay, star of Law & Order: SVU, adopted a baby girl from somewhere outside the US. Amaya Josephine joins big brother August, age 4, at home.
