After 11 years of marriage, Courteney Cox and David Arquette have decided to separate.

"We have agreed to a trial separation that dates back for some time," the couple said a joint statement.

David and Courteney, who are currently wrapping up production on Scream 4, met on the set of the first Scream in 1995. They were married in 1999 -- the first marriage for both -- and became parents to Coco Riley in 2004.
