J.R. Martinez and girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones are excitedly planning for the birth of their baby girl. Recently J.R. sat down and talked baby names with People.

In the last year, we have seen an explosion of unique baby names. First Moroccan Scott Cannon joined his twin sister Monroe and parents Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. Then Alicia Silverstone gave birth to Bear Blu. Keeping with the color theme, Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed Blue Ivy, followed up by Top Chef contestant Tania Peterson and her little Zuzu Audrey.

When J.R. spoke with People this week, he admitted they have narrowed their name choices to two. And while they aren't revealing what they are, don't expect anything that will top a Worst Celebrity Baby Names list.

"We won't name her Apple Cider or Salami," the Dancing with the Stars star told People. "It won't be our favorite dish or our favorite getaway or favorite car or show." He continued, "It will be something really close and personal to us that feels like we're giving something to her that is very special," he says.
The couple have decided to wait until the baby is born before deciding officially. "She'll probably come out and we'll be like, 'That's the name,'" J.R. says. "We have narrowed it down to two names and we agree on it, which is good. I hear that traditionally, when it comes to the name picking, that's when the disagreements occur. But I think it will be a nice flow."

Good call J.R.! We can't wait to find out what you name your sweet girl!
