Jessica Simpson Bares All

Jessica Simpson is baring it all – including the gender of her expected baby.

In a recent issue of Elle, Jessica posed nude on the cover, exposing her beautiful pregnant belly. She also let it slip that she is indeed having a baby girl.

In the interview Jessica talked about her hopes for her daughters sense of fashion. “Ah swear, ah will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” she blurts out, her Dallas accent swooping back in this moment of heightened anxiety. “Eric is so athletic. We’re gonna have this ath-a-letic girl and I won’t even be able to take her shopping.”

She also opened up about the toll the tabloids can take, “I’m still standin’,” she drawls. “I grew up very strong! You know, my father used to be an adolescent therapist. I remember sitting at his office, watching the girls walkin’ in and out. Kids doin’ coke at 16…heroin. Pregnant at 14. I could see what I didn’t want to be.”

What we all want to know is what she will name this baby! Will it be something traditional or a little more off the wall? “It’s nothing shocking and nothing you’ll have to add to the dictionary. Still, when people hear it, they’ll know … why.” 

This ex-love of Jessica is going to be a Dad!

Jessica and her husband Eric Johnson have very traditional names themselves. Maybe that is why they are choosing something a little more non-traditional. Perhaps they will choose a fashion inspired baby name such as Coco (Chanel), Stella (McCartney), Vera (Wang), Betsy (Johnson), or Donna (Karan).

From the looks of Jessica's bump, it seems we won't have to wait very long to find out!
