Jessica Simpson talks baby girl names

Her sister may have chosen a weird celebrity name for her son, but a very pregnant Jessica Simpson has no intention of following in her footsteps.

The blonde mom-to-be, 31, joined sister Ashlee, mom Tina and nephew Bronx Mowgli for a pool party at a Beverly Hills hotel last week. The Fashion Star host soaked up some rays and sipped on a cool drink in a black bikini top and multicolored wrap that enhanced her abundant pregnancy curves.

Last week, Jessica told Elle magazine that she and fiance Eric Johnson are expecting a little girl and that they are so “sure” of the name that they’re “embroidering it on things.”

She won’t give the name away just yet but Jessica did reveal that the name won’t be a disturbing celebrity name. "It's nothing shocking and nothing you'll have to add to the dictionary. When people hear it, they'll know why."

Jessica still has a month to go but looks like “she’s definitely ready to pop,” says her Fashion Star co-star, designer John Varvatos. "I think she's going to be amazing. She's the sweetest, kind of down to Earth, All-American girl."

John added that Jessica “is a family girl. She's never anywhere without her mom, and her dad's with her all the time. For her, it's really all about family. I think what's so amazing about her becoming a mom is that I think it's kind of finishing off that other missing piece in her family.”
