The actress and her fiance musician have named their son Bingham Hawn Bellamy and plan to call him “Bing.”

While Bing isn't the most traditional baby boy name, it has significance for the new parents. "Bingham is my mum’s maiden name,” Bellamy said. ”Bing Russell was also Kurt [Russell's] dad. Family connections all around!” Middle name Hawn pays tribute to Kate’s mom Goldie Hawn. (Bill Hudson is Kate’s biological father, but she considers Kurt — Goldie’s longtime partner — to be her father.)
