Mario and girlfriend Courtney Mazza welcomed baby girl Gia Francesca Lopez on Saturday. Gia weighed in at 6 lbs, 4 oz.

The 36-year-old host of Extra says, "We are so overjoyed. What an amazing, wonderful and overwhelming experience to welcome our daughter into the world."

So what's next for the family?  More children, according to Mario. The couple opted to wait until delivery to find out the sex of their baby, and Mario hopes "with all our kids it will be a surprise."
