Nadya Suleman's Octuplets Are 1 Year Old

Octomom's babies are turning one!

The ever-controversial Nadya Suleman brought home her octuplets one year ago. Since then, Suleman has been criticized for how she conceived these babies and her intense desire to be in the public eye. Suleman is the unemployed single mother of 14 children.

Some photographers were on hand outside the family's California home and too photos of the octuplets -- Maliyah, Makai, Isaiah, Noah, Josiah, Jeremiah, Jonah and Nariyah -- peering out the windows. One of the octuplets is reportedly walking.

Suleman's attorney, Jeff Czech, told the press that a quiet birthday party was held Sunday in the family's home. Attending were the octuplets, their six siblings, and a handful of other relatives and nannies. The large family resides in a four-bedroom house in Orange County, California.

Nadya Suleman's babies are the world's longest-surviving octuplets.
