Rebecca Gayheart Confirms Pregnancy

Actress Rebecca Gayheart and actor husband, Eric Dane, are expecting a baby. Gayheart’s baby bump has been apparent for months now, but she just recently confirmed the news that a baby is expected next spring. “We’ve always wanted to be parents,” Gayheart told In Touch magazine. “I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom.”

When naming this baby, perhaps the couple will be inspired by some of their varied acting roles.

•    Wyatt – the first name of the doctor Dane played on Gideon’s Crossing
•    Cooper – the surname of the doctor Dane played on Gideon’s Crossing
•    Jason – the first name of Dane’s Charmed character
•    Dean – the surname of Dane’s Charmed character

Dane (whose first name, Eric, is Danish) is best known for his role on Grey’s Anatomy. He and Gayheart have been married since 2004.
