 It seems the headlines never change, another Hollywood marriage is in trouble. Supermodel and Project Runway star Heidi Klum and singer Seal have announced their separation after 7 years of marriage.
In the last seven years this couple has quickly become a favorite of many. The singer/supermodel team were always seen holding hands and seemed so happy. And it seems this came as quite the shock to Seal.
In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres this week Seal opened up and told her, "Yes, I am still wearing my ring. Just because we have decided to separate doesn't necessarily mean you take off your ring and you're no longer connected to that person." He added, "Will we wear the rings for the rest of our lives? Who knows? But right now it feels really comfortable on my hand so I have no intentions of taking it off any time soon."
Seal & Heidi are both shocked by the split.
Seal added that their four children — Leni, Henry, Johan and Lou — “are our first priority.” He and Heidi plan on trying to remain friends, “especially when there are other things to take into consideration like family.
“What one has to do in this situation is remain civil and to retain one’s dignity and to be professional and to understand that we are not the only people on this planet that go through this,” Seal said. “It is just unfortunately a chapter of life.”
The very private couple truly had planned not to have this become public, especially right now as Seal is promoting his new album, Soul 2. However, as with many things in Hollywood, intentional or not, word has leaked.

In an interview with he Insider's Kevin Frazier, Seal acknowledged that despite the "incredible respect" he and Heidi still hold for each other, "Unfortunately, as is the case with a lot of things, it just didn't work out."
"To tell you the truth, it just so happens that this is all kind of come out and been leaked the week that I happened to be promoting an album, which I'd rather not be doing," Seal admitted. "I [Heidi and I] would much rather be dealing with this behind closed doors, as we've never really been people who air their laundry in public."
While we as their fans may be very shocked at the news, it just goes to show no one really knows what happens behind closed doors.
