The British director, 42, and his girlfriend Jacque Ainsley welcomed a healthy baby boy in London via emergency C-section. 

Ritchie also has two sons, Rocco, 11, and David, 5, with ex-wife Madonna, 53. Britain's The Mirror reported that, in spite of their bitter divorce, Guy called Madonna to share his good news and she congratulated them with a large bouquet of flowers.
