Every year celebrities confound us with their baby name choices, and 2010 is no exception.

Why do they do it? To be different? To gain publicity? Do these celebs ever take into consideration that their children have to go through life with these confusing monikers?

Here, BabyHold recaps the worst celebrity baby names of the year. Post a comment below to let us know which name you think is the worst.

Who names their kid Draco? Danica McKellar, that’s who — and right before the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Other kids will dislike him as soon as they hear his name.

Up in the Air star Vera Farmiga thought it’d be clever to name her daughter Gytta Lubov. Is that a hard G? A soft G? A silent G? That's the problem. The poor child will deal with misspelling and mispronunciations her whole life.

If you're going to use a biblical name, then consider a prophet, a king or a hero -- not a murder victim (or his jealous brother). Will Arnett and Amy Poehler, already parents to Archie, named their second son Abel James. Boris Becker liked the name so much he created an acronym for his Amadeus Benedict Edley Luis.

Three celebrity dads -- James Van Der Beek, Lance Armstrong and Byron Allen -- chose the name Olivia for their daughters. Four other famous fathers liked Grace: Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Costner chose it as a first name, while Joey Lawrence and Ne-Yo used it as a middle name.  And since 2008, at least five celebrities have named their daughters Harper. In 2010, it was Neil Patrick Harris and Tiffani Thiessen the Tinsel Town trend.

Johnny Cash was amazing. Cash Warren is cool. John Rich of the country music duo Big & Rich thought it’d be fun to name his son Cash Rich. Not nice!

Jamie and Jools Oliver named their first three children -- all girls -- after flowers: Poppy Honey Rosie, Petal Blossom Rainbow and Daisy Boo Pamela. The girls have a new baby brother whose name doesn't follow the flower theme. Jamie and Jools decided instead to call their son Buddy Bear Maurice Oliver

Speaking of flowers, celebs are really running the trend into the ground. Rose was the overused choice for a girl's middle name in 2010: Olivia Rose (daughter of Byron Allen), Sadie Rose (Natalie Grant), Junia Rose (Zac Hanson), and Carina Rose (Survivor's Rob and Amber, whose first daughter bears the name Lucia Rose). A Rose by any other name is Violet! Ben Affleck and Jen Garner brought this name back into popularity as evidenced by Violet Madison (daughter of Christina Milian and The Dream) and Cosima Violet (daughter of Claudia Schiffer).

Rapper Swizz Beatz changed his given name, and its likely his son with wife Alicia Keys may one day opt to do the same. The musical couple call their first child Egypt Dauod Ibarr!  Hudson -- as in the river -- is the first name of Drew Lachey's second child and the last name of Oliver Hudson's son Bodhi Hawn Hudson.

Other unfortunate names include Axel Paulin (all three of Will Ferrell's sons have the same middle name), Billie Beatrice (Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart's daughter), Sundance (Kerri Walsh's poor son), and Chaplin Haddow (named by mom Ever Carradine). But the crown for Worst Celebrity Baby Name of the Year goes to...  Locklyn Kyla, the newborn daughter of Vince Vaughn and Kyla Weber.
