If you are a movie buff, and you happen to be pregnant, you may turn to your passion for film to find the perfect name for your little one. From comedy to drama and everything in between, we've compiled a list of names borrowed from some big screen blockbusters.

DRAMA/ACTION:

Changeling: Set in 1928 Los Angeles, this movie incorporates some very classic and traditional names. The single mom is Christine and her son is named Walter. Other names include Lester, Sandy, Gustav, Ben and Arthur.

Quantum of Solace: If you are fond of James Bond, you already know that there are always some unusually named characters in these films. The latest includes monikers such as James (of course!), Camille, Dominic, Elvis, Felix, Vesper, Mathis and Tanner.

The Secret Life of Bees: This powerful tale (made into a movie from a novel by Sue Monk Kidd) has some powerful character names, as well as seasonal choices such as Lily, Doll, Rosaleen, Violet, Greta, Cressie, May, June and August. What happened to July?

Twilight: This vampire flick based on the novel loved by 'tweens offers up a bevy of unique names including main characters Edward and Bella, as well as supporting characters Alice, Rosalie, Jasper, Emmet, Carlisle, Jacob, James, and Jessica. Can you guess which ones are the vampires?

COMEDY:

Baby Mama: At 37, the main character Kate Holbrook decides to hire a surrogate, Angie Ostrowiski. Other character names in the film include Carl, Rob, Oscar, Chafee, and Barry.

Juno: The title character Juno and her unassuming boyfriend Paulie face an unplanned pregnancy. In the movie, the teenage girl's dad calls her Junebug as a nickname, which is pretty cute if you decide to go with an offbeat name like Juno. Other suggestions from this flick include Vanessa, Mark, Leah and Gerta.

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist: Nick and Norah have a wild night in Manhattan including stripping nuns and psychotic ex-boyfriends. Other names include Thom, Dev and Caroline.

Role Models: These characters may not be the best "role models" for you to name your kids after, but the movie does include a few uniquely named characters. (No one has to know you got the name from this movie!) A few suggestions: Danny, Augie, Wheeler, Ronnie, Beth, Gayle, Martin and Esplen.

Zack and Miri Make a Porno: This is another one that you might not want to tell your child about where his or her name came from, when he or she is old enough to know. But it's a cute flick with some cute character names. Title characters are Zack and Miriam (Miri is such a great nickname, though, it could stand on its own). Others include Bobby, Lester, Betsy, Roxanne, Jenkins and Deacon.

HORROR:

The Haunting of Molly Hartley: This suspenseful spooker about a teenage girl's private school world and the discovery of her destiny can be remembered forever (outside of your nightmares!) if you choose one of these character names: Molly (the title character), Robert, Joseph, Alexis, Leah, Suzie, Jane, Laurel and Michael.

SAW V: If you are a horror flick lover, consider some names from the SAW series such as Jill, Brit, Luba, Seth, Mallick, Ashley and Charles.

MUSICAL:

High School Musical: If you have been singing to your little one since you learned you were pregnant, perhaps a musical-inspired baby name is a perfect choice for you! Troy and Gabriella (the main characters) have friends with fun names too including Sharpay, Kelsi, Zeke, Tiara, and Jimmie, the latter of course is a very traditional name, but the –ie ending makes it unique!

Hollywood has such an impact on popular culture today. And if you are a movie-lover, why not pass that passion along to your expected bundle by naming him or her after your favorite movie character?
