I named my daughter, Ayana when an african friend told me it means hope. I guess in different countries in Africa the name means different things. Anyhow it is a beautiful name.

I named my daughter ayanna with 2 n"s because thats what i thought was the proper spelling. I chose a prefect name for my pretty flower. She the best thing that ever happened in my life i couldnt of choosen a better name for my child. Mommy love u Ayanna with 2 n"s. (forever)

My granddaughter is also Ayana but it is spelled differently "Ejahna". Mom is Bosnian and the J sound in the bosnian alphabet is like the "Y" sound in the English alphabet. My son's name begins with and E so there you have it. Make no mistake some will mispronounce it but we'll teach her to correct that....

we named our 4th child, our second daughter Ayani. We chose to use "I" at the end instead of "A" because it is more unique.

I think this is a beautiful name. I love unique names and this is perfect. im a little name obsessed so when i have my first daughter(hopefully) im gonna have a very difficult time. hahah. but this is a very beautiful name and i would consider this for a baby girl.
