It probably means "Blonde" because of the fact that Finn is a short verson of "Finnland" and a lot of people in the area of Sweden and Finnland are blonde.

Haha. I love this name. I think it's just ADORABLE. I would like to name one of my sons Finley and call him Finn. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll turn out blond. Lol. (:
