My daughter's name is Jayde Carolanne, born 8/23/09. We picked the name for several reasons: I like the name Jade & the color, my favorite color is green... but we picked the spelling because my dad's name is Jay and my middle name is Jay. We really like her name =) The only downfalls are: sometimes people spell it wrong... if you want something personalized it has to be custom ordered, you won't find anything in stores and also, but it's also nice to have a more unique spelling too, sometimes when we tell people her name they think we are saying Jane which is a little annoying.... but we still LOVE her name and are very happy with our decision.
