the 'e' is just one more extra, unnecessary letter. i love 'lexi' and i'd wouldn't change my name for the world. it's sweet and simple. it's unique enough so that not every other person has it, but common enough to feel comfortable with.

My name is Alexandria Arline, but everyone knows me as Lexie. I don't like it when people spell it "Lexi", it just doesn't seem finished to me. But I love my name, I've only met one person with the same name, ever.

I love this name, it's cute and all, but imagine being 65 and being Grandma Lexie? I would prefer naming your kid Alexis and that could be a nickname if they want it themself. =]

I love this name!! When I was expecting my first child I heard this name on a tv programme and fell in love with it. 3 days later I had my little girl and we named her Lexie Jade! We just looked at her and knew it had to be Lexie! Although alot of people I meet presume its short for Alexus or Alexander!!

I like Lexi spelled with no "e".

Cara, what TV program did you hear the name on?
