I am a Jessica too! I get called Jessa for short. I have brown (dark) from my mom and hazel eyes from somewhere! My parents both have blue eyes. I love my name!

Yes'ca is probably the second name of Sara, wife of Avraham. It probably comes from the Aramaic root "too see", and it indicated the abilities of a profit.

This is also mine name spelled a little different tho along with my middle name:) i have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and i get that from my momma along with my tan skin. My momma's side is from cuba and her and my dad were having trouble choosing a name my momma wanted me to have a uncommon name and my dad wanted me to be normal so they gave me a normal name with a different spelling my full name is Jesika Michele Gansman (Overton-married).

Im called Jessica but i have brown hair and brown eyes lol...I like the name Jessica but hate being called it usually when im in trouble for something...I like Jessii or Jess alot better. I think Rose goes quite well with it

I looked up the meaning for my name, Jessica, and in less than ten posts saw two other people named Jessica Catherine! I'm one too and love my name. I got it in the late 70's due the the Alamand Brothers song and love it. I love the fact my fam and close friends call me Jessie, other friends call me Jess, and at work I'm Jessica. Very versitle name.
