I named my son this name (Marco Polo) in 1985 --
(After the explorer) It was an EASY Pregnancy all the way through - also the delivery and afterwards!!!
He was an EASY/CALM child! He was also Kind,Honest, Thoughtful,Intelligent,Caring,Compassionate,Helpful, Sensitive,Funny and Fun To Be Around With. Friends /Teachers/Everyone Loved him. He is NOW Grown into a Wonderful young man who is (still) all the above - Plus,also Loving and Romantic and has a Wonderful Fiance who adores him and APPRECIATES HIM SO MUCH!! HE IS ALSO MY BEST FRIEND!!
So, what's in a Name? A-L-O-T!!
I would NOT trade my son for ANY AMOUNT OF $$$$$$$$!

I love this name! If I have a boy, this name is considered, but we will spell it with an E and the end so that he is called Marcoe instead of Mark when said in English.
