im 18 years old and pregnant with twins i find out what im having in a week but a boy and a girl is what runs in my family for twins so i was looking up girl names when i fell in love with sabrina.. everyone says the witch? its driving me crazy but i don't want her to get teased either... don't know what to do ..

i have a friend called sabrina but hardly anyone makes references to the witch thing now because it was so long since it was on tv and stuff...theres the odd comment but usually from adults who think there hilarious!

I love my name, i get so many compliments and Im yet to meet another Sabrina in my 29yrs!!! I was named after a cottage in wales which my mother passed daily when pregnant with me..i get a few comments about the 'teenage witch' but just yawn at it! (it's a very old joke) lol!!

hey! I didn't know my name was italian. I always thought it was celtic! anyway, i never get teased about my name resembling the "sabrina the teenage witch". Even back then when it was on tv. i like my name, although i do adore the name antoinette, which is my grandmother's name and also my middle name.

I have to say that I'm not all that fond of the name but is there really anyone that likes there name? If I sit there and think about it though it is a beautiful name. Everyone actually asks me if I have ever seen the movies Sabrina theres the classic with one of the Hepburns then theres the one with I believe Annette Benning. Yes, Ive seen both but my mom actually believe it or not got my name from the Archie comics...*sighs* and I was born in 1983. Thought that if I had a girl to name her Sabrina but thats for a kick I actually wouldn't do that. Anyhow pick it cause its not all that common at all its a perfect choice...Best of luck to you and your bundle of joy

my grandma named me sabrina i asked her but she siad she forgot. anyways, when people ask me for my i tell them sabrina and then they will tell me hi sabrina the teenage witch. but i dont care i LOVE my name.

i have grown to love my name and now I love the fact that it's italian, which i didn't know. Yes, all my life people have made references to the witch when they first met me, or to the Audrey Hepburn movie, which I thought was cool. But what I really love is when people (especially guys) who have just met me tell me what a pretty name I have. It's unique and harder to forget :)

I don't think there is a prettier name on earth than Sabrina. My husband and I named our daughter Sabrina and we have received nothing but compliments on her name.

My name is Sabrina, I hate it so my friends re-named me Chuke.. But I found that Sabrina is also German and there is a river in Wales called Habren that was re-named Severn after a Princess named Sabrina had drowned in it.... eh...

I dont get teased about my name I use to in school but that was when it was the main show on tv but nooone goes on about my name like that. My mom thought of this name without looking it up I love my name Its just the way its said and one things forshure its a name you'll love to say. Everyone tells me thats such a beautiful name when they ask and they say they dont hear it very often even though it is popular on here. I love my name wouldnt change it for the world.

I love my name it is of course Sabrina and i always knew it was Italian cuz i am I Italian and my parents named me an Italian name! It is a perfect name for babies and i still do love that it comes from Italian ancestry! When new people always here my name they say oh the witch and i hate that! But it doesnt bother me any more only when i was little! Im only 12 though!
