An even better spelling alternative is Aleigha haha, This is an awsome name tho, i hated it when i was a kid coz it was hard to spell but loved it apart from that, i wouldnt want any other name its generally a unique name iv heard of a few aleighas these days but only coz i was looking

i named my now 5 yr old daughter, aliyah..because i knew she was going to be special and unique...she walked at 9 months...she truly is noble and graceful and she will do big things in this world!!

I named my now 4 yr old daughter Aaliah, we loved the traditional spelling but chose to be different, it is a beautiful name and she is a beautiful little girl.. I did look up both Hebrew and Muslim meanings i also had an Arabic friend who said it was an Arabic name 2.it was the Arabic princess's name. My youngest Daughters name is Nikyla (not nicola)said as it looks.. We made the name up though so is it right of us to have our own meaning?? any thoughts?
