| About Myself: | I am a devout Catholic, studying theology and philosophy at a prestigious Catholic institution in Florida (Ave Maria University), discerning a potential calling to marriage. I am presently immersing myself in John Paul II's illuminating and beautiful work Theology of the Body (a life-changing read, to be sure!)along with Christopher West books on the subject of sex and marriage. I would very much like to be open to the amazing and miraculous gift of life throughout marriage, a crucial and Life-giving aspect of our vocation, of our sacred conjugal union, that our culture has sadly rejected (that means, I desire no contraception, no sterilization, no birth control - many oral contraceptives in fact, are abortifacients and thus kill a conceived child), that Life may be had to the full. |
