Celena and her husband Bork are happily married with a son, Tetris Michael (4) and a daughter, Raindrop Marie (2). Celena and Bork are now expecting boy/boy/girl/girl quadruplets. They have already decided on a name for one of the boys, Linkin-Park Jacob. And a name for one of the girls, Paramore Nicole. For their brother, they want to name him after a video game with a very common middle name. For their sister, they want to name her after something to do with weather with a very common middle name.

Noelle was due to be born on Christmas, but when Shay miscarried, it took her awhile to get over it, especially since it was her deceased husband's baby. Now, with a last chance try to have Solos live in, Shay impregnates herself, and ends up with two healthy twin girls, due in May. To honor Solos and Noelle, she is naming one of the girl's middle name Noelle. But for the other one, Shay wants a feminine version of her husband's highly unusual name for the other twin's first name. For the first name of Noelle, Shay wants to keep the holiday theme by naming the girl something from the Bible other then Mary. For the other one's middle name, she wants to go with one of her husband's qualities of creativity, intelligence, boldness and humor in a unique way.

Aaron (mother) and Sami(father)got married at an early age of 18, four months later Aaron found out she was pregnant. Delighted that they were now going to be parents they wanted their kids to carry on their tradition of having names of the other sex. Aaron grew up with the male verison of Erin and Sami grew up with the female verison of Sammy. 8 months later Aaron gave birth to twins, now they have 4 children and are expecting their last two, another set of twins (boy/girl). They are already parents to amazing children- twin girls, Ray Kellon and Jaden Ian (4), son Kelei Gabriel(3) and daughter Charlie Jorden(1). For the boy they want a male name that can have a feminine spelling and appeal to it, and a middle name to be tough and boyish. For the girl they wish for her name to be a girl name with a male speeling and appeal to it and a middle name to be girly.

Alexandra and Michael have to daughters named Luca Audrey and Giovanna Iris. They are expecting a girl and would like to give her an Italian first name and a two syllable middle name that starts with a vowel.

Arlene and Steven are an Irish-Greek couple and parents to four young children. Expecting baby number 5, they're stumped for names of their unborn son who is due in just under three weeks. They know they would like his first name to be Greek and start with the letter A and his middle name to be Irish and start with the letter S. The baby boy is a brother to, Alister Shea (9), Sullivan Apollo (7), Alyssa Sheridan (5), and Shannon Aristotle (2).

Alexandra and Michael have four daughters: Auden Alexandra, Mason Jessica, Peyton Victoria and Wren Isabella.
