Christine, I hope you can figure out a way to get rid of these people because they are really annoying and quite frankly-- This is scaring me that they can access this site.

So stupid...

yeah i got the exact same thing twice now.. and have reported her also..
its a bank scam she gets u to contact her bank with ur details then they wipe u out... its like the nigeria thing that was going on last year...
and unbelievably enough people still fall for it....

I know, there's been too many to count. I can't keep track of the amount of weirdos that come on here, and I strongly believe that reporting them will do zip, because although they are banned from the site, have you noticed that they still are able to see their own profiles and have the same opportunities as us, like responding to posts and creating posts. I don't think our current system when it comes to that is very good, and I want Christine to deeply consider building a stronger, safer system for our site, so we can keep the weirdos out and return to our peace and quiet on the site.

Oh lemonicegelato i don't have anything to be with this conversation, as i'm new here and i know nothing about this, but to make new topics you need to be a member of this site, that's why i joined i've been arund here for a while but only joined today to ask a few questions.

Oh god, twice Seaasons......I just got mine today. I blocked her though, so hopefully, she won't be allowed in to spam me again. It'll be interesting, if she does, that makes it clear that the Block does not work here.

When Irene was still moderating, I requested that they install a new firewall, as there are many available for websites, and businesses, to safeguard intruders from entering. Personally, I have installed them for my businesses, so I am quite aware what is available - there is no excuse, to not safeguard your site adequately. There are options - but is there a Will to do so???
