Falling Pregnant
By Jessangel 2 Years, 9 Months Ago
Hey Ladies,
I've been trying with my partner for 2 years now to fall pregnant but it just doesn't seem to be happening. Just wondering if anyone has any helpful hints on how to fall pregnant or when to try? I really want to be a mum and recently a friend of mine aborted her first baby. I was quite distruaght as most of you would probably understand. Any helpful tips or hints would be much appreciated. Thanks

What that has to do with what you asked i have no idea

i posted this to another lady only yesterday it is all of what i was told when trying

i was told not to drink this in the first stages of pregnancy cos it prepares the body and can cause miscarriage only drink it in the last three months

i was told when i was trying of after 6 months and nothing i should have test done like how fertile you are but i found out i was pregnant 2 weeks before i was suppose to be tested

things i was told where:

mens sperm is at its best of a morning

don't have sex everyday it actually makes the sperm lazy do every 2nd

sun light makes sperm healthier and men should get lots of protein

Enjoy the sex it makes all the difference in the world and orgasm it helps pull the sperm up

Tobacco changes the cervical mucus, which may keep sperm from reaching the egg. and alcohol lowers sperm and egg counts

Certain medications and pills - even those available without a prescription - can make it difficult to conceive. Others may not be safe once you are pregnant.

Stress can negatively impact your fertility

Lie down after sex for 15-20 minutes. Standing up after sex can cause the semen to leak out. Try to wait twenty minutes after sex before getting up and moving around. also try putting a pillow under your pelvis to help tilt your body so the sperm can travel upwards easier you feel stupid but i did it.

Your partner should avoid overheating or constricting his testicles. Some studies have shown that sperm counts drop when men wear tight pants or underwear. He should also avoid saunas and hot tubs

The missionary position is a good position to use when trying to get pregnant. Avoid positions where the woman is on top. Gravity will allow sperm to leak out with these positions

eliminate fish that is high in mercury such as shark, swordfish, mackerel and tile fish.

Avoid vaginal lubricants such as FemGlide, Replens and Astroglide, which can damage sperm. Pre-seed brand is OK.

OK for future referrence anyone reading this post, that first reply to this is by someone trolling for people to click on their links in red to obtain info and or get you to join a game they play and unfortunately those online games have alot of spyware and malware and should be avoided.... They have posted on a few threads and you should not click on their words in red or you could end up with virus' destroying your computer or obtaining personal infpo from your computer that would be completely detremental to you....

Just thought I'd give you a heads up.......

AngelRoseMiistiique told me this cause im also having problems concieving

If you are worried about taking some fertility treatments available then there are alternative methods you could try...
These are just some that family members have tried. ( I grew up with a hippy mum )

Red Raspberry Leaves contain a lot of vitamin and minerals (like C, A, B-complex, D, E, iron, manganese and calcium) and has been used for many centuries to nourish a women's body preparing it for pregnancy.

Dong Quai has been used for thousands of years by Chinese women to correct menstrual cycle and balance the reproductive system. Modern medicine has found that Dong Quai is rich in vitamin E, cobalt and iron that help you to fall pregnant. It is recommended to be taken for a few months to see the benefit

Kelp is rich in minerals and contains significant amounts of iodine, calcium and potassium. The iodine content is needed for those who have under active thyroids. Under active thyroids is a common reason for miscarriage.

Damiana is traditionally used for increasing fertility and sexual desire in both males and females.

Wild Yam enhances fertility by stimulating the ovulation process (egg release). It is believed that the herb contains steroid -like substances which increase FSH production and FSH stimulates ovaries to release the egg. It has been used a lot by Native Americans.

Liquid Chlorophyll is the green pigment found in plants is an excellent cleanser for the liver, regulates menstruation and increases vitality. It is excellent for preconception care.

Evening Primrose Oil contains essential fatty acids (EFAs) which are crucial to proper functioning of hormone-like substances called prostaglandins, which induce ovulation.

Also if you have a naturopath close by make an appointment, acupuncture and chinese medicines can help alot of times also where modern medicine fails.... I prefer to go the ancient ways of doing things alot....

Hope this helps
