By SHeff 2 Years, 7 Months Ago so i know that you have to be so far along for a home pregnancy test, but if you go and get a blood test let's say 2 wks after you were sexually active, will it say if you're pregnant or not? By Omen 2 Years, 7 Months Ago it will give u a HCG reading .. the u have to go back in a couple of days to get another blood test.. if ur HCG reading is higher ((as it continually climbs during pregnancy)) ur pregnant..
