My friend had a Tubal Ligation done after her 3rd pregnancy 2 years ago. She wanted me to ask you all what are her chances on conceiving again?

Her Tubes we only Cut and Tied.....Can she get pregnant without getting a Tubal reversal?

There's a chance, but it's somewhere aronud one in a million, I'd say...

They did that so that she could NOT get pregnant again. Even if she did it would probably set up in the tube && she would have a miscarriage or be forced to abort. If she wants another child, it is risky but still best to do a reversal. It isn't going to be easy for her any way she goes so she should ask herself why she feels she needs a 4th child, just to review herself before making such a serious decision.
