It's different for everyone. Some women can feel the baby move in the 1st trimester, it's like a fluttery feeling, easily mistakable for a gas bubble, but you some how know that it is your baby. If it is your 1st baby than you probably wont feel movement until around 20 weeks. If you are over weight you may not feel any movement the whole pregnancy, or very little. Some babies are more active than others, some are more comfortable, and some moms are just more sensitive. If your past 20 weeks and really wanna get the baby moving take a warm (not hot) bath or go for a swim. Rosie (my 3rd child) moved during the 1st trimester, Owen (My 2nd) started moving around like crazy at 17 weeks and didn't stop. Wyatt (mt 1st) didn't really move very much until I was around 25 weeks.
