You usually only gain weight in your belly instead of everywhere else like when your pregnant with a girl. But every one is different and it will effect them different. I know when i had my daughter i put on weight everywhere possible- my bum, face, tummy. When my friend have her little boy she only gained weight around her tummy But i suppose everyone is different and it all depends on you & your baby.
