quick question

You know how every time you sneeze your heart stops, is that detrimental to the baby (in my case babies)?
I have allergies and I sneeze a lot and I want to know if I'm hurting my babies without even knowing it.

Also can asthma be hereditary because I have/had severe asthma on and off my whole life and I wanted to know if my babies will get it because of me?

no it does not hurt them to sneeze. just wait until the 3rd trimester, sometimes when you sneeze your bladder leaks...pleasant huh?

also asthma is not necessarily hereditary, my husband has asthma and neither of our kids has it.

I did two quick google searches and found out that your heart does not stop when you sneeze, this is a myth and that asthma is not hereditary but if both parents have it, the likelihood of the child developing it is greater.
