By puck 3 Years, 8 Months Ago its usually detected by about 8 weeks, thats when it really starts to hurt. it is indicated by pain on one side, and can involve pain, dizziness or fainting with sudden movement. if you have any suspicion of this please check with your doctor, if it is left too long it could seriously hurt you.
