eva (Visitor)   worried about my unborn baby's health By eva 3 Years, 7 Months Ago it is my 18th week of pregnancy and i dont feel my baby's kicking me, is this normal since he's 18 weeks old in my belly and not kicking or should i be worried about it? I really started feeling my baby a couple of weeks ago which was at 20 or 21 weeeks. All babies are diferent, you will feel yours soon. I didn't start feeling my son kicking until about 24 weeks, my daughter at around 22 weeks, and my second daughter (which I am pregnant with now) also at around 22 weeks.
