OK...so Tayson went for his first doctors check up on thursday..I had told the doctor that I had to switch him to formula because I was not producing enough milk to breast feed him...so he asked how much formula does he eat and how often...so i told him he drinks 3 ozs every 2 1/2-3 hours during the day and at night he sleeps between 4-7 hours straight then eats.. well the doctor told me i feed him too much he should only eat 2 ozs every 3 hours so i should stop him at 2 oz...but Tayson is not satisfied with that he eats the full 3 ozs??...should i listen to the doctor or listen to my baby...I feel like I should listen to my baby he knows how much he wants..he poohs n pees good still..so i don't see the problem??

When my uncle's girlfriend stopped breast feeding, or when she used formula at night, my uncle would always put an extra 2 scoops of formula in her bottle instead of just the regular 4 scoops. She became accustomed to it, but eventually they were able to ween her from it.
Try taking out half a scoop or third of a scoop and eventually get him down to 2oz, however many scoops that is..
