Yesterday my son Ezra was playing Red Rover with his friend, I guess he turned his head and his friend ran into the side of his head. His friend has braces and when the kid crashed into him he had his mouth open. Ezra wound up having to getting stitches in his head and is on antibiotics because he had saliva in an open wound. This would only happen to my kid. Like I haven't heard of this before, ever. It's crazy. The doctor kind of laughed because in all his years of working in the Emergency Room he never heard of that happening either. Ezra is fine now, it totally freaked me out, and I'm not saying I'm not worried but you have to admit, it's a tad weird...Getting a braces to head injury while playing red rover.

Wow, that is kind of funny. I'm not laughing, but, like you said, it will probably be something he and that kid and their siblings will look back on and laugh about. I hope he'll be all right and won't get any infection and that the wound will heal well.
