Recently we started making a menu for the whole week in my house for dinner. It really helps with a picky husband, a 5 year old with an eating disorder, a baby new to solids and food allergies (oh and the rest of fun brood) .
This is our menu for this week, we post it on our announcement bulletin board in the basement that has all the kids activities on it. It works great!

Sunday (tonight)
Egg "fried" Brown Rice with diced avocados and tomatoes with olive oil
pita with hummus
-I used egg whites instead of actual eggs and didn't actually fry the rice together

Monday
Whole wheat pasta with with olive oil, feta cheese and broccoli

(taco) Tuesday
Soft tacos, with tofu meat and all the fun toppings
taco chips and guac
(it gets us through our week)

Wednesday
Baked chicken breast
Brown Rice
Asian Salad

Thursday
Steamed spinach
Tuna noodle casserole

Friday
Flat bread pizza strips
Mozzarella and tomato

Saturday
Veggie Chili and whole wheat spaghetti
cauliflower

This has been working for our family really well and I just wanted to share my idea with you ladies. Also, I'll gladly take suggestions on easy meals if you have any.
