Me and mu husband have made the big decision to movebut there is a nice place with 6 bedrooms very spacious, it will take alot of work to babyproof it and we will need to redo the bedrooms and fit a new kitchen room and basically the whole house, it's close to me parents and got a lesuire center close by but the town is 20 minutes away but then there is a 4 bedroomed house with everything done next to a town with everything i need and a lesuire centre for the boys to go swimming and play football but it is to far away from my parents.

I think the 6 bedroom one is your best bet. You have lots of room, town is ONLY 20 minutes away (could have been an hour away), and you're close to your parents. That's what I think.
