Hey everybody! My niece (she's almost 2) is really into a cartoon called Caillou. She also loves Barney and Friends and Sesame Street (Elmo is her fave). My nephew (he's 4) loves Spongebob Squarepants. So I was curious to find out:

1) What kids TV shows or cartoons are your kids into right now? See above for my answer (I don't have kids yet).

2) What kids TV shows or cartoons were you into when you were a kid? I used to watch Smurfs, Today's Special, Fraggle Rock, etc.

my son desnt watch tv hes too little. we limit wha our daughter watches. she likes berenstain bears, arthur, franklin, and george shrinks. oh and mighty machines.

when i was a kid i liked smurfs, looney tunes, animaniacs, pinky and the brain, rescue rangers, care bears, bugs bunny and tweety, tom and jerry. im sure theres more.

my son is almost 3 and he likes little bill. that ni hao show on nickelodeon i think. and hes obsessed with spongebob.
dora and diego shows. id rather my kids watch something to help them learn n i know spongebob doesnt but it entertains him.

my little girl is 2 and she LOVES Dora, thats her favorite. I usually have nick jr. on in the mornings to watch while we play or take breaks etc. She also likes the Wonder Pets, Diego, Yo Gabba Gabba. She likes Ni Hao but it doesn't keep her attention very long. Oh and Little Einsteins, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Handy Manny on Sat. mornings if were not busy. She likes Spongebob, but I try to limit how much of that she watches.

When I was younger I watched She-ra and He-man, smurfs, the get-a-long gang, looney tunes. I know there's more I just can't remember them. I hated and still to this day hate Sesame Street, lol.

I am much older than most on here, but my faves were Mighty Mouse, Baby Huey, Magilla Gorilla, Touche turtlke and Hardy Har Har and Top Cat.

My youngest son was a Barney freak and Inspector Gadget and Duck Tails.

The older kids loved Smurfs, Rainbow bright, he-man and She-ra and GI Joe.

I don't have kids but when i was really little like 4 or something i didn't like Dora the explorer, it just didn't interest me. I LOVED barney though..
