All of this is riduculous i'm 22 had my first baby 3 1/2 months ago and his father is 26. We own our home and I went to college and so did his father. I think that after 30 is too old. My parents are 57 and 67 and its crazy. I never wanted to be old and have children and if another is in my future it will be way before i turn 30. Also to the person who posted this your asking for people's opinion but already have mad a decision for yourself. someone who may have had a baby at 20 could be a better mother then you or anyone else. It's crazy to say you have to wait till your 25. Also i've noticed with parents these days are soo narrow minded. Think of when you were younger and then think about your child.

If I have kids I don't want to have them after 30 imo.

I had my daughter when i was 21. Me and Grayson had been married for 6 months when i found out i was pregnant and we couldnt have been happier. We were financially stable and ready to start a family. Personnaly i never wanted kids at a young age, i wanted to wait till i was about 25 but things happen, turns out i was ready sooner than i thought. And now im pregnant with my second baby

I think around 25 is a good age, but I can see both sides of the argument. I tend to agree more with being on the older side.
one of the reasons is becauseone of my friend got married young, she no education but her with husband's job they did good financially.She got pregnant right after the wedding. soon after she has her baby her husband get diagnosed with cancer. After a year and a half of fighting the cancer her husband died leaving thousands of dollars in unpaid medical bills. Thank God she has a family that can help her because I cant see her paying medical bills, child care and the cost of living on her minimum wage salary. But If she had an education/career to fall back upon she might not be struggling so much.
