unique names
By machpies2009 3 Years, 1 Month Ago
Hi guys.

i am trying to help out my sister-in-law who is pregnant.

She doesn't know what she is having yet.

Her and my brother would like a unique name for their child.

If its a girl it needs to be unique and cute.

If its a boy it needs to be unique and masculine.

Could you guys help me out.

Everything i have suggested she doesn't like.

Thanx.

What have you suggested so far? It would help us have a better understanding what she likes (or in this case doesnt like.)

She has indicated to me that she doesn't like common names.

She likes Arkayshia, Tamiekah, Isabella, Charlyce for girls.

For boys she likes masculine names like Joshua, Matthew, Richard and stuff like that. But something a little differnt.

My brother doesnt like the names.

Can you rate these names and suggest some plz.

It will really help.

I dont like Arkayshia or Tamiekah or Charlyce at all. Like at all at all. Arkayshia would be okay if the spelling wasnt so horrid. The poor kid wouldnt be able to spell her name till she was like 10.

I love Isabella. I dont think its uncommon though. But hey, if she likes it, she likes it.

Joshua, Mathew and Richard are all extremely common, and I dont think they're very cute.

Some that she may or may not like:

Girls
Adria
Adira
Aerilyn (air-uh-lyn)
Aila or Ailey (eye-luh and eye-lee)
Aleria (uh-lear-ia)
Ambrielle/Ambriella
Aubrielle
Avani (either ay-vuh-knee or uh-von-knee)
Avelyn
Bronwyn
Bryce
Chaomi (kay-oh-me)
Elliana
Farran (fair-an)
Genica
Iris
Jerrica
Mairead (m-air-ayd or muh-reed)
Meleigha
Saphira
Samara
Shyla
Zamora

Boys
Adrian
Blaze
Caden
Cillian (kill-ian)
Corbin
Draycin
Emmett
Gabriel
Jaeden
Jarrett
Preston
Tristan

Hope I helped.

Hey! I agree with allyfally, I don't really fancy Arakayshia, Tamiekah or Charlyce and I find the spelling quite awkward. But each to their own I guess. Here are some more names that might be helpful - that I don't think are on the other list in this post so far

Girls
For girls names, I've tried to select some that are unique but still cute like you indicated.

Annabella
Allegra
Amelie
Ava
Arielle
Bailey or Bayli
Briony
Blain
Bronte
Caley
Cassie
Cassia
Freya
Hania
Joelle
Kali
Lacey
Lily/Lilly/Lili/Lillie

Willa
Zarah
Zaria

Boys
For the boys names, I've tried to select some that are masculine and unique.
Cruz
Cooper
Daxx
Duke
Hunter
Jack
Jake
Lander
Max
Wyatt

Hope they help!
