You also need to get your parents involved and discuss all of your options. If you feel that you are unable to care for your child then you need to look into all of your options. Quit smoking no only for your health but your unborn childs health as well.

Chelsea I really think you need to talk to your parents, they will find out soon anyway. You will need all the support and advice as soon as possible. Yes go to the doctor! Besides getting the vitamins due to your age there may be some complications and a doctor should be watching out for you and the baby because there is a high risk with you being so young. As for quitting smoking talk to the doctor as well. While most suggest quitting, some say that the stress of quiting is more harmful and suggest switching brands to a herbal type. As for getting fat, there is no way around gaining weight. It is natural and normal. Think of it this way, it is a free pass to eat some junk food. Talking to the doctor will help you a lot to understand the changes that are going to happen to your body.

i know i sound like a slut but i'm really not and this is all really happening to me! and i'm really scared and i dont know how to tell my parents!!

Oh honey, no one is calling you a slut, and if they are don't listen. Just because you made a mistake isn't something to condemn you for. I know it is very hard to tell your parents and there is no easy way I can tell you to do it. But you HAVE to. We as adults can give you some advice, but we are also strangers and when we walk away from our computers there is no way we can help you more. You need the support and guidance of the people around you. If you are afraid to go directly to your parents first, is there another adult you are close to? An aunt or uncle? Teacher, Guidance counselor, neighbor, friend's parent? Maybe you can talk with them first and then ask them to go with you when you tell your parents. You need to do this as soon as possible though because you really need to see a doctor.
There are still people here that you can ask questions, but you need a real support system at home more than us.

You need to think about you child instesd of thinking only about yourself and your own image. I am pregnant with my 2nd child and have done everything I am supposed to do for the health and wellbeing of my baby. I have been told to stay off my my feet and restrict my activity, and that is what I have done. You need to work through your issues and do it quickly.

hey well dont think of urself as a slut, i was pregnant with my daughter at 15, everyone tells u to see a doctor and that there can be complications well not only to the baby u need early medical care in case something like a tubal pregnancy which can cause major problems to you... as for telling your parents i know what ya mean! i didnt work up the balls to tell my mom untill i was 5 months pregnant and had no choice cuz i was huge! xD but i still didnt do it alone i had a good friend of mine come with me and if my mom would have gotten mad then she was gunna take me home for a few days, really my mom was upset but knew there was nothing she could do to stop it and helped me instead! im sure everything will work out and gl
