I can't take this anymore!
Mia has a double ear infection and has a really bad cough so she hasn't been very happy lately, crying all the time! (which is totally understandable because she is so sick) Her first birthday party is tomorrow and she isn't even going to have fun! I am so grouchy all the time and I just don't feel good at all. I already showing and I am not even 2 months pregnant yet. I have homecoming tonight and I honnestly don't even want to go but its my senior year so my mom wants me to, I still have so much to do for the party tomorrow so I don't know if we'll end up going. I feel so huge and gross its not even funny. Josh is never home anymore because of college and I am so stress out because I'm applying to colleges and I have so much stuff to do. Mia is now in daycare till 3:00 each day and I hate the people who work at the kinder care. They are just B***HES to me, I mean i'm giving you money to watch my daughter, the least you could do is be nice to me. There great with Mia just B***HES to me. This week has just been hell. Oh & I was suppose to go monday to hear the baby's heart beat and make sure everything is okay, well they cancelled it cause they had an emergency, which I totally understand and i'm fine with its just annoying cause they haven't re-scheduled me yet and I just want to make sure everything's okay with the baby. AHHHH!

I'm sorry, I just really needed to vent! Thanks for listening!

Also, what do you guys think about the H1N1 flu shot/mist? Should I get Mia's done? My mom wants me to get one but I don't know if I trust it just yet on my daughter. I've done a lot of research on it but I am still not sure. Did any of you guys get your kids the shot or the mist? & what do you think of it?

Hi, Chelsea! I am only going to address the shot thing because I have to take my kids to soccer in about 5 minutes, but I am not ignoring the rest of your post. You can get through this, and I'll pray for you. You do have a lot on your plate. This too will pass, just take care of yourself and the baby. Speaking of taking care, I would advise you and everyone to NOT TAKE THOSE SHOTS OR ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO HAVE THEM!!!!!!!! This H1N1 thing was rushed through and is very poorly done. Do not risk the complications your very young one could very probably go through. Yeah, flu is bad, but it's a normal part of life, and the swine flu is not really worse than regular flu. There is so much I could post that I don't have time for. Sorry. But in the meantime, I would advise to not get it at all. (My kids don't even get the "regular" immunizations.) Be well and slow down a little!

Of course, I'm also saying don't get the mist.

Military wise...they have to get the mist and my hubby hasn't had any problems getting that. I did just recently see a video on getting a the shot and it was a/b a cheerleader who was trying to become pro but after getting the flu shot, she got dystomia (something went wrong w/her nerves). She now has spazms constantly and can't ful fill her dreams of being a WA Redskin cheerleader. It was really sad. You could probably look it up on Youtube to watch it. That's my info. on the flu stuff.

As for your complications w/everything, I find a lot of babies turning 1yr. old are usually grumpy and sick around their b-day. Could be cutting teeth or just plain sick. It's weird but I've worked at both Goddard and KinderCare. LOL....and I know what you mean a/b the adults that work there. Not everyone knows what customer service is, but it's also a stressful job! You have so many parents to please and so many who you keep trying to get to know, but they don't want any part of it. There's a lot behind why the employees are why the way they are. If anything, it helped when a parent opened up more to us rather than us opening up to the parent. Only b/c you never know what they want to hear or what to say a/b different topics. I don't know what it's like being pregnant but it's a stressful deal. Just breathe and everything will happen that's suppose to. Enjoy your time at your dance, I never went to half of them! But this is your last time doing all of this stuff for school. If I could I would redo some things over again but enjoy it for what's left! For getting older isn't always fun...haha!

My cousing Sean had swine flu. He was pretty much a vegatable for three days, and had a crappy flu for at least two days before and after. It's a BAD deal. I don't think that the vaccine could hurt, honestly. Vaccines are the broken up peices of viruses, injected into you so you can fight them off without getting sick. Unless she's alergic to it, I don't think you should have any problems. I don't want it, but only because I'm not comfortable with needles and I have no clue what the mist is...

(note: My knowledge on this stuff comes from my friend's science project on flu vaccines, so if your research or a more reliable source disagrees, please disregard what I just said. )

i got my h1 n1 vacine yesterday. i chose to get the mist. all they do is squirt in your nose. it s just a little in each nostril and doesnt hurt at all. you just cant blow your nose for about an hour. but other than that its painless and maybe more comforting than the shot.
