I use the pot because the squirting hurts, gravity is gentler. I use warm tap water, but then again, I live in a city with some of the best water in the United States. And yes, the stuff that comes out of your nose is amazing.

go to your local gp or just to the chemist and ask what is ok to take while pregnant for a cold. it wont affect your labour just be annoying

I gave birth to my beautiful Noah Aiden on the 24th of november at 8 days overdue... the night i was going to be induced... but i came into labour myself i was still sick, but to be honest...
