I'm having the same problem you are the names I find quite cute are Cody, Billy, Kyle, and Levi. Since you like unusual names and I see you already have a city name Memphis maybe something you'd like.

Noah- good name, biblical and strong. No good nickname.
Eden- girls name, alternative Aidan or Edwin.
Rion- Is this RYE-on or REE-on. Alt: Ryan or Rio
Iden- Never heard this, Kind of like it if it is pronounced EYE-den. Remindes me of Ides of March.
Mckenzie- To girlified these days.
Alfie- Nickname for Alfred. Too old mannish.
Leo- Like it. Only nickname is Lee though which is the same length.
Lasent- Makes me think of Licentious which means Lacking moral discipline or ignoring legal restraint, especially in sexual conduct. Alt: Jasent, Kasent, Dasent, Grasent
Levi- Good name, once again, no good nicknames
Kegan- It is a good name, but it reminds me of Kegel Exercises.
Kaiylaen- Too many vowels!!! How do you pronounce this?
Kenzi- ALT: Kenzith, Kenzington, or Kenzel, with Kenzi as a nickname?
Kian- KYE-an (like the pepper) or KEE-an? Kye-an will get teased (because of the pepper). Kee-an is an ok name, but is it worth all the "How do you say that?" you/he will have to put up with? ALT: Keean?
Carter- I like this name, though once agin, no good nicknames.
Taylor- this was the "It" name a few years back. Every class had a Taylor or a Tyler. Taylor was the more girly of the 2.
Louie- How about Lucas or Louis, with a nickname of Louie.
Billy- Better as William with the nickname of Billy. Just no Robert, Joseph, or Ray as the middle name. nothing is redneckier that Billy-Bob, Billy-Joe, and Billy-Ray.
Brooklyn- Ok name, it just seems girly to me.
Kyle- Nice, very 90's. It was the 18th most popular name in 1990 and in the top 25 for the rest of the 90's.
Cody- This name is similer to Kyle, riding the name charts right behind Kyle for most of the 90's. It was 24th in 1993.
Daelyn- Looks girly. ALT: Daylen, Dalen, Daelen
Rowan- Girly
