My 5 month old has these pimple looking bumps on his arms, mostly near his wrists. I saw the clinic sister today about it, and she was none the wiser. Just wondering, does it sound like baby acne??

It isn't red, unless he has a bath. It isn't the water though. Thought it may be washing powder trapped in his clothes causing irritation, so i am going to try rinsing his clothes twice over.

It has spread today to the back of his shoulders, a few in his hair and a couple on his legs. Has anyone's baby had this before??

Could be heat rash.

The clinic sister said it wasn't heat rash... and it isn't hot here at the moment

Did you change your laundry soap to something different? cus the soap can be too harsh on his skin. or a allergic reaction. or it kinda sounds like what my son has excyma can say or even spell the word but its were they have really dry skin but it comes in patches sometimes of the rash looking thing. My son is almost three and still has it in fact he was about your sons age when he got it but it only appears when the weather is changing or when its dry like really cold weather but now it mostly only somes during the change of the season in fact I just noticed the otherday that its comming back again.

I havent changed washing powders, i dont think it is exzema because it doens seem to be bothering him. The only thing I have noticed is he has been bringing up milk lately.
