Re:My Boyfriend Wants A Baby? By Jayah 2 Years, 3 Months Ago On your profile you say that you think your pregnant, so do you think you are or are you just thinking about it?
okay first of a few week dating and a tattoo does not really mean that your steady, or going to be together forever. It doesn't matter that you've known him for years, because you haven't been dating him for years, it's only been a few weeks. neither of you are ready to bring a completely dependant child into this world, you need a reliable income and can't just rely on your parents. He's not sure whats going on with his living accomodations so how can you be sure you'll be able to contact and rely on him when you need help from him? he wants to start college and a life through that, what happens when he needs to choose between the child and college? if you want to go on with school how are you going to juggle motherhood with being a student? a then atleast one or most likely both of you will need to get a job so how re you going to juggle all of this? your a teenager so your oing to want some sort of a social life as well, how are you going to handle that? sorry sweetie but you need to wait, a couple of years atleast.

Re:My Boyfriend Wants A Baby? By Writer2be 2 Years, 3 Months Ago any other questions?
I'll respond to your answers first. Q: Do you have a job? A: no. but after finishing highschool an college I'm going to be an overseas doctor. So how will you support the baby? Also, if you are going to be an overseas doctor, what are you going to do with your baby while you are away? Q: Does he have a job? A: no. but after he finishes highschool hes joining the National Guard and going on to college. Once again, how are you planning on supporting the child? Q: Do either of these jobs bring in enough money for: Food, house, medical bills, normal bills, taxes, clothes, common household items, daycare, some for savings, and a little extra for yourselves? A: no. i have a large garden an ill be getting on food stamps, i have several people i have the option to live with (my mom, my dad, my uncle, my close friend, etc) ill have a home birth an any other emergency medical issues is covered by insurance an medicare, i dont pay taxes, i often get hand-me-downs from cousins an i have plenty of baby clothes from my little siblings an cousins, common household item arent a problem, my friend Sammii is willing to babysit for free anytime i need her an if something comes up where she cant my mom can, i already have money stored up in savings, an a little extra for ourselves isnt a problem either. A large garden will NOT feed a family of 3. Don't count on food stamps. Do you really want to put pressure on all of your friends/family to support you? Thay have their own problems to worry about, it's selfish to burden them with yours, too. Do you really want your child living on hand-me-downs? Does your friend Sammii go to school, and does your mom work? If so, what will happen when you go to school? Saying things "aren't a problem" is just brushing off the problem. You want money for something for yourselves, and it sounds like you don't have that now. Q: Do you want to finish school? A: Yes. an were both going to. So, what's going to happen to the baby during school? Q: Do you want to go to college? A: yes. and we both are. What's going to happen to the child then? Q: Do you want to get a better job? A: yes an i am. It will be hard to get to interviews looking good with a child. Q: Are you 100% sure that Thomas will stay with you? A: im a 110% POSITIVE That's a lie. Even happily married couples aren't 100% sure to stay together. Q: Are you willing to lose sleep and freetime to feed, change, and take care of the baby? A: im willing to lose anything and everything if thats what it takes. Think about that. School, freetime, friends, sit down dinner (or any meal), friends, respect, and sleep are just a few of the things that you will lose by having a child so young. Q: Do you have a car? A: yes. we both have vehicles. Vehicles? I believe Celianne was referring to a car that can hold a baby, which excludes motorcycles, mopeds, and bikes. Q: Do you have money for a car, including gas, insurance, repairs? A: yes, yes, yes, and i do my own repairs Do you want to do your own repairs in the pouring rain with a screaming baby sitting in the car? Q: Do you have money for insurance? A: yes i already have insurance covered. Do you have money to insure your new baby? Q: Can you do this completely on your own? A: yes i can. but i wont have to. You might have to. I woudn't be so sure. Q: Will you get support from your parents? A: my mom definatly. my dad will be dissapointed at first but hell come around. Your mom has a life, too. She has work, social life, her own bills, etc. You are pretty sure that she will be there for you, but I woudn't be. As for your dad, why do you want him to be disappointed? And, he will never be less disappointed. He may learn to accept it, but he will still be disappointed. Q: Will you get support from anyone besides Thomas? A: yes. many people. my family and friends for one. a good friend of mine is having a baby in may with her fiance an back when word got out that shes a frshman in highschool with a kid on the way, people she DIDNT EVEN KNOW came by to help an support her. finnancily, physically, and emotionally. Don't count on other people for the well-being of your baby. They may support you, but that may cause them to lose something in their lives. Do you want to put that stress on other people? Also, they can fall through very easily. There is nothing making them help you. Q: Are you ready to dedicate the next 18 years of your life to a child who will be your sole responsibility? A: Yes. I Am. No. You aren't. You think you are, but it is easily to lie to yourself. Trust me, I know. Sorry to be so hard on you. This might be the worst decision of your life, and I don't want you to hold that regret with you for the rest of your life. Sorry, but you are way too young to have a kid.
