Do you have a bouncy chair? I know my daughter won't sleep in her swing either but the bouncing chair seems to work at the likes being bounced more then rocked!

I mean I know listening to them cry and cry is hard especially when they start screaming, but I just let Sophie cry it out till about 15 minutes and then go pick her up.. I feel horrible doing it but I can't bounce her to sleep all the time..

no, i really have to get one cause she loves being bounced. after bouncing her for naps & bed time my knees are killing me!

i can let her cry but 15 minutes just doesn't do it for her. it feels like i could let her cry forever and she still won't go down without me.

I would never have a tv on where my baby was sleeping, even with the volume down. I would probably not even play music, either. Are these things playing all night long? And during her naps?

I've tried no music or tv. it doesn't make a difference if somethings on or not she still does NOT like not being held when it's time to go to sleep..as i type this she's crying because im not holding her.
