Hi Ladies!

I haven't been on for a while because of all the drama but I'm back A while ago, I made a post about my MIL questioning the paternity of my daughter(if anyone remembers). Well a few weeks ago we finally went ahead and got a DNA test done on Cadence. We tested Kai too just so there would be no more doubt about anyone in the family. Of course, the test came back 99.9% sure that they are Kyle's children, like I knew they would

My MIL never really apologized to me or Kyle but she has been spending more time with Cadence which is what I wanted in the first place. Our relationship is still kind of tense and probably will be for a while. Other than that, we're all doing pretty good

I hope everyone else is doing good as well!

I'm glad you're doing good, Leia! It's good to hear that your MIL is making an effort to share a relationship with Cadence. I'm sorry that you two are still in kind of a tense position, but I'm sure everything will sort out soon.

By the way, did your MIL pay for the testing?

So glad to hear that things are getting back to normal for you. If you MIL is still acting strange it could be out of embarrasment for causing all the drama. Hopefully, things will continue to improve over time, and maybe, you'll even get the apology you deserve.

She did My husband actually insisted on her paying for it since she was the one who wanted to know, so I was happy about that.
