Monroe is okay, I wouldn't have used it for a girl but there's worse out there. I think Moroccan is the "weird" name out of the two. Both names are still not as bad as what some other celebrities name their kids

Monroe isn't horrid. They can call her Mona, Monni, Ro, Mo, etc. I think they should have used Morocco rather than Morrocan. Morocco sounds ok with Monroe and can have nicknames like Mo, Mory, Rocky, Rock, Rocco, etc.

Angeldoll you're on the right track with the Moran thing, but I think Mariah should just change her name to 'Moron' and be done with it. Monroe is not awful but its not something I would use, but Moroccan is just terrible, if they had to honour the moment of Nick's proposal by saddling their kid with a name (couldn't they just remember it as a memory in their minds like most people... thank god he didn't propose in a pharmacy, the kid could have been called Tampax) they could have gone with Morocco, or at a pinch Morocca, it just sounds better.

Monroe is alright, but I wouldn't use it. Morocco is awful IMO....
