i have watched this show numerous times and believe that it is too much based on drama although in season one it showed a lot of bentley and his mum (i cant remember her name) and she was a very good parent to him! as well as a lot of sofia and her mum (once again cant remember her name) i believe that she was also a good parent to her child.

as for the others it never really showed them being parents in season one it only showed the drama especially the couple who gave their daughter up for adoption. it was all about the drama and not about the baby.

in season two it barely shows them being parents and is more drama based! it shows minimal time of them being at home, feeding, bathing the baby/babies etc and when they are shown its mainly them being dragged around to college, shops and restaurants with their mummy's.

i suggest if they want a show that shows what it is like being a teen mum they should actually show what it is like being a teen mum.

I used to watch the show mainly because it killed time for me while the kid slept or waiting for another show to come on. At first, it seemed okay and kind of showed what being a teen mom, or jsut a mom in general, was like. THere's always going to be a little drama in relationships, especially if you're young and pregnant, and I like how they showed that once you have a kid, your life is going to completely change, including your feelings about the father/mother. It showed how hard it is to continue your education with a child and that it's in now way, shape, or form easy to take care of a child. Lately, though, I think they focus too much on the drama and not enough about the kids. A lot of the moms they've been having on the show are unstable and focus too much on their relationships and not enough about their kids. To me, they're starting to glorify teen pregnancy and make it seem "cool" to be on television just because they got pregnant. It's just sad and I have stopped watching the show completely.

I used to be OBSESSED with the show...But now i couldn't care less about it. The boyfriend drama is kinda annoying...So I kinda agree with you.
